Hi pals! We are back with this week’s Tower Tea! It’s small, it’s light, but it’s got gumption.

Bug Update

Let’s just get right into it. Y’all reported some really hungry bugs, and we wanted to officially confirm, we are looking into the SSD and Summon bugs.

We are working on a small hotfix, so expect that soon (™).

• We found the cause of excessive writes on iOS devices.

• The Summon chip was causing a reduction in enemy spawns.

And as always, stand by for updates in the future.

Bugs & How To Report Them

The team is heads down, as always, and honestly, y’all submitted a lot of info to me over the past few weeks and it’s been so helpful.

For those that may be new to the community or new to reporting, here are a few quick tips on how you can help!

Sometimes your bug might not be a bug at all, but just information you may not be aware of. If you are unsure, ask!

• Make sure you provide as much information as possible when reporting an issue or bug.

• Version number

• Your player id

• Operating system

• What device you’re playing on

• What exactly is happening

• Any recordings or screenshots

• And any other details you can think of that might help us reproduce the issue on our side.

It’s hard to fix something if we can’t break it.

• Verify you are using the right form when submitting.

• Purchase Support

• Cloud Support (Rollback/Restore)

• Bug Report

• General Game Support - Unsure of how to do something, report that here.

• Bad Actor Report (Suspected cheating or inappropriate player name)

• Ban Appeal

• Feedback
